To order our wines just browse our product range and then:

• Place your order and pay by credit card with our secure online order form.
• Place your order and pay by credit card with our fax back order form.
• Place your order and pay by bank deposit with our fax back order form.

Order Quantities

For ease of shipping, the following order quantities apply. All orders must be in multiples of the quanities shown:

• Still Wines: Full cartons (12 bottles) or half cartons (6 bottles) of either 750ml or 375ml bottles. Order one type or your selection of mixed types.
• Sparkling Wine: Full carton of 12 x 750ml bottles for Australian orders. Due to extra packaging required, for international orders a carton will only contain 6 x 750ml bottles.
• Mango Port, Golden Mango Cello, and Citrus Cellos: Full cartons (12 bottles) or half cartons (5 bottles) of 375ml bottles (mixed or one type), or a single 5 x 375ml gift pack (contains 1 of each variety)
• Still Wines Gift Packs: These packs are not available by mail order.

Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and for mail orders only.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or direct deposit to our bank account. Please contact us for bank account details.
• Payment in full for goods and freight is required prior to dispatch.

International Deliveries

Please check alcohol regulations for the country of delivery before placing an order. Click here for more information on the alcohol import requirements and restrictions for various countries.

• Some countries will not allow alcohol deliveries by post. We do not take responsibility if delivery is not made for this reason.
• Some countries may impose import duties and taxes on alcohol. These charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

Freight

• Freight within Australia is with Australia Post. International deliveries are by Australia Post Economy Air service.
• Delivery to home or work street address and post office boxes.
• A signature is required from receiver on delivery.
• Delivery is door-to-door. Delivery will be attempted once only - a card will then be left with arrangements for parcel collection by receiver.
• The freight forwarder will be contacted by carrier in the event of breakage before delivery is made.
• Please allow 5-8 days for delivery within Australia, and 14-21 days for international delivery.

Insurance

We recommend that you insure your consignment. Optional insurance is available for $7.50 plus $2.00 per $100 of consignment value up to a maximum of $5000.
