Easy Tiger

When the Chinese New Year celebrations really get going, here’s something a little more adventurous to invite the tiger’s roar into your 2022

• 2 Slices of ginger
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 60ml Tequila
• 30ml Golden Drop Lime Cello

Muddle ginger in the base of the shaker.
Add honey and the tequila and stir until all honey is dissolved.
Add lime cello and shake with ice.
Fine strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an lime wedge or orange twist
